Swedish Massage

Swedish massage was developed in Stockholm a few centuries ago and is the most common form of massage. It relaxes the muscles, improves circulation, and flexibility while easing tension.

  • 1 hour – $80.00
  • 1/2 hour (neck, shoulders, back/lower back) – $60

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage but is used to target specific areas to relieve pain and unlock the deepest layers of muscle tissue. It also helps to reduce inflammation and eliminate scar tissue.

  • 1 hour – $80
  • 1/2 hour (neck, shoulders, back/lower back) – $60

Reflexology

Reflexology uses targeted areas on the hands and feet to send signals to the brain and balance the nervous system promoting increased energy. A full treatment includes the hands, neck, and face.

  • Approx. 45 min – $60
  • Add 1/2 hour to any massage $35
