Spicy Jalapeños Meatloaf

Moist, spicy meatloaf stuffed with jalapeños, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with our homemade barbeque sauce. Accompanied with vegetables and your choice of a baked potato, home-cut fries, polenta or whole grain pilaf.

Baked Trout Filet

A regionally grown red trout filet baked in foil with fresh herbs, lemon slices and onions. Accompanied with vegetables and your choice of a baked potato, home-cut fries, polenta or whole grain pilaf.

Cheese Tortellini in Cream Sauce

Cheese tortellini in a flavorful cream sauce with a blend of feta and parmesan cheeses, red and yellow sun-dried tomatoes and green peppers accompanied with vegetables.
(Add a chicken breast)

 

New York Steak

A ten-ounce steak cooked to your specifications. Finished with herb butter and topped with onion straws. Accompanied with vegetables and your choice of a baked potato, home-cut fries, polenta or whole grain pilaf.

Kaibab Jagerschnitzel

A breaded pork cutlet served with our own Kaibab hunter’s sauce and topped with onion straws. Accompanied with vegetables and your choice of a baked potato, home-cut fries, polenta or whole grain pilaf.

Jalapeños Citrus Chicken

Two chicken breasts marinated in citrus jalapeños, served on a bed of spinach and whole grain pilaf topped with our citrus glaze, oranges and chopped green onions.

Mountain Trout Filet Almondine

A regionally grown trout filet grilled with lemon garlic butter served with homemade tartar sauce. Accompanied with vegetables and your choice of a baked potato, home-cut fries, polenta or whole grain pilaf.

Grilled Salisbury Steak

Eight ounces of hand-formed ground beef mixed with fresh mushrooms, eggs, onions and seasonings. Topped with roasted corn salsa and grilled onions. Accompanied with vegetables and your choice of a baked potato, home-cut fries, polenta or whole grain pilaf.

– Campfire Dinners–

Each dinner includes a homemade roll with butter and your choice of soup or salad

Campfire Chicken

A half chicken is marinated for 24 hours and wrapped in foil with onions, carrots, red potatoes and seasonings and slow-cooked until tender. A cup of homemade barbeque sauce is served on the side.

Dutch Oven Style Pork

A hearty pork chop first seared and then slow cooked with apples, onions, carrots, potatoes, dried apricots and cranberries. Served with a side of homemade cranberry-citrus relish.
